  • What is NEMT?

    NEMT stands for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. It’s a service that provides transportation to individuals who need help getting to and from once place to another, but aren’t in an emergency situation. Typical transportation could be for medical appointments, personal errands, family outings, and pretty much any other social event.

  • Who uses NEMT?

    Elderly individuals Individuals with disabilities People recovering from surgery or injury Patients with chronic conditions like dialysis

  • What type of vehicles do you use?

    All our vehicles our newer-model Ford Transits (extra large commercial), Ford Transit Connects (mid-sized commercial), and Toyota Siennas

  • Do you provide a wheelchair and/or other mobility equipment?

    Yes, we have a wide variety of equipment that make transportation and mobility easier, safer, and more comfortable. Just make a request when booking your trip!

  • Can the driver wait the duration of the appointment?

    On some occasions, yes. Please make this request when booking your trip and we will do our best to accommodate it in our schedule.

  • How far in advance should I book my trip? Or cancel a booking?

    If you need same-day service, please contact us ASAP. We can sometimes accommodate same-day service requests, however, we always suggest you book your trip in advance. If you need to change or cancel a scheduled trip, we ask that you let us know with at least 24-hours notice so that we can accommodate other individuals that may need service.
